Romaine Lettuce one of the variety of lettuce .. a leafy vegetable which grows in a tall head of sturdy leaves with firm ribs down their centers.. it is my first time to harvest .. it is a kind of experience that i couldn't forget.. :) this is really amazing that I met the owner of the COSTALES FARM and his family.  They share their experiences why in this moment in time they reach their goals as a businessman and businesswoman with the large profit and the first farm who using  Integrated Organic Farming in the Philippines .
